The voice is a reflection of the Soul.

Within the sound of our voice is housed the Truth of who we are, as well as our traumas, beliefs, hopes and fears. Through singing and sound work, we can get back to our essence, back to our original state of purity. Many of us, from the time we were children, have been stifled in our self expression; told to be quiet - better seen, not heard. These imprints run deep in our psyche; often acting as a hinderance to trusting ourselves, actualizing our purpose, and experiencing success & fulfillment.

When we tap into the clear, pure sound of our own VOICE, this gives us access to the wellspring of energy and vitality sourced from our connection to the All that Is. It is important to follow your desire to express yourself - to sing, to speak, to create - these are all aspects of our Soul speaking through. We are an integral part of creation - of the earth - of the web of life. We have a blueprint written on our hearts guiding us forward toward our destiny, speaking to us through the language of our high heart desires. Our fulfillment then imprints into the collective, contributing toward planetary growth & evolution. Every one of us is essential.

Voice Activation is the state of alignment with ourselves - encompassing our Body, Mind & Spirit. We work with the voice as a part of the whole; and in doing so, examine our chakra system, the elements, mysticism of sound & energy, our location on the planet, our position in our family system, and our axis point in the Cosmos.

Our voice - our ability to give and to speak - is connected to our ability to receive and to listen. The messages that we’ve been given over time can accumulate, affecting our ability to hear. When we receive negative messages, the body’s self defense mechanism begins to kick in & to some degree stop us from receiving the unfriendly input. This results in blockages in our expression in proportion to the barriers we constructed to keep out abuse & trauma.

Part of Voice Activation is learning how to listen once again, to trust ourselves & trust that the world is a kind & benevolent place. We must RECEIVE - for our maximum happiness, health and vitality. When we don’t speak up, we are denying ourselves the fullness of what life has to GIVE us.

Breathwork & Sound

Relax. Release. Restore. These breathwork and sound sessions are specifically tailored to elevate your consciousness and bring you to the next level. A combination of Pranayam, Toning, Chanting, Mindfulness Meditation, Naam Yoga & Sukshma Vyayama - also known as the yoga of Immortality.

In our sessions, we incorporates deep rejuvenating breathing & sound techniques to open the meridians (energy channels) and remove blocks in the body. This unique fusion of movement, breath, acupressure and vocal vibration, activates and strengthens the body’s self-healing capacities and helps to increase the flow of life force energy, bringing clarity, purity and heightened perspective.

Sessions are via zoom to anywhere in the world & are roughly 50 minutes in length. Exploratory sessions are available to discuss possibilities.

SONGWRITING FOR HEALING

Do you have a song in your heart?

Songwriting can be a cathartic experience; touching on deep emotions and story from the past. It can be a vehicle to access long forgotten emotions and a tool to work through loss, grief, praise, reclamation of self, innocence and so much more. Songs can also be tools to commemorate an event, bring people together and inspire hope. A song can help us remember who we are and can help us find our way.
